// INNOVATION 2020 // CHOCO COOKIES PATISSIER FLAN Our Pastry chefs worked on ultra indulgence and are happy to introduce this delicious Choco Cookies Pâtissier Flan. Cooked with cocoa pure butter sugar crust, it is composed with a creamy chocolate flan "appareil" and a generous and soft cookie on the top. Pure butter, made in France with french flours cage free french eggs, colouring free, preservative free and aroma free, this cake is thick and very creamy and "fondant". Ideal for chocolate fans ! Sold in aluminium mold, ready to defrost. Defrost the flan at 4°C during 6 hours minimum or bake it in an oven at 160°C 25 to 30 min and place it 1 hour at 4°C/
