Commitment 01
Since 2016, our teams have undertaken major work to simplify recipes. The goal: to get closer to the original tarts and cake recipes to rediscover the indulgent, authentic flavour of genuinely good things. Our pastry chefs and R&D team scrutinised the recipes and ran countless trials.
The Clean Label commitment means using only the natural, premium ingredients strictly necessary for our products. French manufacturing, French flours and eggs laid in France.
Clean Label comes hand in hand with our Clear Label approach (clear labelling). Our desire to simplify recipes is matched by total transparency on our packaging. Excellence in simplicity.

Compagnie des Pâtissiers has been committed since 2017 to an ambitious CSR approach guided by an action plan defined following a diagnosis of the company's practices. Our policy revolves around 7 areas based on ISO 26000, the international CSR standard.

Environment
Wastewater treatment plant, selective sorting of cardboard and plastic, recovery of production offcuts for animal nutrition. Energy coordinators trained in performance indicators. Partnership with TooGoodToGo to reduce food waste.
Tomorrow
Packaging alternatives, promotion of eco-mobility, local raw material sourcing, commitment to the CRC® wheat supply chain since 2021, more energy-efficient equipment and transition to renewable energy.
Well-being
Because a successful CSR policy must involve all employees, 21 staff members participate on a voluntary basis in 3 working groups: responsible consumption, well-being at work, and reducing our environmental impact.
Since 2018, a Happiness Officer has been responsible for gathering employee needs and improving social dialogue. An ethics charter, HR coordinators and anti-harassment representatives are present on each of our sites.
