Tart Spatulate meringue lemon

A lemon meringue tart on a pure butter sugar dough tart shell, garnished with a slightly acid lemon cream baked and a smooth spatulated meringue. Traditional and homemade style recipe with a spatulated meringue, product precut in 10 slices. The slices don't come together thanks to a very stable meringue texture, golden brown and very soft. Ready to serve, in an aluminium mold (after defrosting 4h). A delicious time saving product !
