Creators for a tailor-made production

Because Compagnie des Pâtissiers is proud of the originality and quality of its pastry chefs, it pays particular attention to their creative side. A creativity that is expressed in the actions of the ten or so employees who make up the Research and Development department. With a rare feature (and not least!): the Director of R&D is an experienced pastry chef. He has surrounded himself with agri-food engineers who work hand-in-hand with pastry chefs. Working in harmony allows them to develop several hundred different recipes a year and to imagine the trends of tomorrow. Thanks to their harmony, they are able to create tailor-made recipes that scrupulously respect the specifications of their customers as well as the techniques of high-quality pastry. All in record time. Taste, crispness, smell, color… divulge your desires to them, they will do the rest.
