Our business is specialized in frozen pastries since 1995. Compagnie des Pâtissiers has authentic know-how, combining tradition and modernity to develop tasty and high-quality recipes. Our industrial processes are used to reproduce the finesse and precision of the traditional gestures of pastry chefs to replicate the good home-made taste and reconcile industrial production with good food.
Our origins began at Patisca, a frozen pastry business founded in 1995 in Provence by a pastry craftsman. Acquired in 2008 by MS Production, Pastica became the Compagnie Pâtissière in 2014 and took the name of Compagnie des Pâtissiers in 2018. This same year, the company acquired a second production site in Normandy.
