Apple Normandy

Step 1:
Peel and cut the apple into quarters, place 3/4 quarters per tartlet.

Step 2:
Make the Normandy mixture: mix the cream, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar.

Step 3:
Pour the mixture over the apples.

Step 4:
Bake at 190°C for 35 minutes and leave to cool.
