6 shortcrust pastry bases with seeds D124

6 apples

300g quince jam

Neutral topping

Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 200°C. Peel 3 apples and cut them into thin strips. Spread the quince jam in the bottom of the tartlets and then arrange the apple slices in a rosette shape.

Step 2:
Using a cookie cutter, cut out a circle in the centre so that you can place the apple rose.

Step 3:
Using a mandolin, with the 3 remaining unpeeled apples, cut out a ribbon of apple and roll this ribbon into a rose shape, and place it in the centre of the tartlet. 1 apple can be used to make 2 roses.

Step 4:
Bake in the oven at 200°C for 35 to 45 minutes depending on the desired colour and your type of oven.
