Ifs Food certification - Provence factory

Early 2019,  Compagnie des Pâtissiers factory based in Provence had been audited to renew its  IFS certification (International Food Standard). All procedures and quality controls had been checked by an external quality assurance review. Our team is pleased to announce the renewal of IFS Food for the 4th consecutive year, at higher level with a score of 97.5%. This IFS certification attests a high level of quality and food safety.
