An almond & pear tart on a pure butter sugar dough shell, filled with a delicious frangipane cream, surmonted by a half pear. A recipe rich in fruits (15%) made with premium french eggs. An essential and gourmet recipe due to the ideal mix of pears & almonds. Product ready to serve in an paper mold. 2 preparation options : defrost 3h at +4°C or 8 to 10 minutes at 165°C in a oven (165°C) for more crunchiness.
