A lemon meringue tartlet on a pure butter sugar dough tart shell, garnished with a slightly acid lemon cream baked and a smooth rosace meringue. Product coated with cocoa butter for a better crunchiness of the dough over time. An emblematic recipe made by our pastry chief. Ready to serve, in an aluminium mold (after defrosting 2h). A delicious time saving product !
