An almond & pear tart on a pure butter sugar dough shell, filled with a delicious frangipane cream, surmonted by half pears. A recipe made with premium french eggs. This tart is precut in 10 slices, a great saving timing. An essential and gourmet recipe due to the ideal mix of pears & almonds. Product ready to serve in an aluminium mold (after 4h defrost at +4°C).
